Adopting a new pup!
Adopting a dog versus buying from a store or breeder - helps keep the puppy population...well, less over populated! It clears room for rescues and shelters to take on the next pet waiting for it's safe space before finding their forever home! Every dog deserves a chance - why not go for one who is looking for a home rather than spending money on a dog who was forced into the world?
Fostering a dog!
Fostering a dog can sure be tough, and there are many options to sway with making that decision. But by choosing to foster you are choosing to save a dog and give it the chance they deserve to find their furever family. Shelters and rescues become very packed and call out to the community to help provide more space - to save more dogs. Many states are still okay with Kill Shelters - let's give them a reason not to!
Get involved!
You can support many places like a local shelter or rescue, very simply! By either volunteering your spare time to assist those who have created places that work hand in hand with animals, donate gently used items for pet care & neccesities or even share their posts on social media! The power of people & communities might surprise you! Most shelters, pounds and rescues are completely donation based organizations.

Though, it's pretty self explanitory...But, have you ever adopted a dog that was found abandoned or in a bad place? The love that a dog can give once rescued and understanding that you are there for them - Well, there is absolutely no better heartwarming feeling than that. Giving a dog hope that the world hasn't given up on their kind souls and showing them all of the better things in life - that's what rescuing is all about!
